It has an AMAZING location! It's close to UCLA, Century City, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, and Hollywood. It's only a 10 to 20 minute drive to the beach depending on traffic.
It's perfect for anyone who drives or those who prefer walking. It's walking distance to Bristol Farms, Trader Joe's, CVS, Whole Foods, Rite Aid, Ralph's, LA Fitness/Equinox and all the delicious Westwood restaurants.
It's also near many bus routes (704, 720, 761, 1, 12, etc ...) since it is off Westwood Boulevard and in the middle of Santa Monica and Wilshire. It is also only a 2-3 minute drive from the freeway but it's not close enough to hear it thankfully.
